By submitting your registration for this event, you and your company agree to be invoiced for your registration fee in the event you or anyone else you register does not show and understand cancellations must be received no less than 3 business days prior to the event. Cancellations received after this period will not be accepted however substitutions are encouraged.

Invoices are due on receipt. You and your company also agree to pay any attorney's fees/collection charges resulting from attempts to collect on outstanding balances associated with this registration (estimated at 33% of invoice).

Association non-members and members without established credit must pay in advance. Please contact the association office to pay by credit card or you can drop off payment at our office located at 4600 Fairfax Drive, Suite 604, Arlington, VA 22203 prior to the event.

Due to space limitations we cannot reserve space for non-members or members without established credit until such time as payment is received. By participating in the above referenced event you hereby grant the association permission to use your photograph or video likeness in any and all publications/marketing information, including web site entries without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity.

Outstanding invoices will result in all employees from your company to be rejected from receiving confirmed registration.
