Learn about new ideas, disruption, opportunities and challenges for Northern Virginia apartment owners, developers, investors and property managers.

Morning sessions will include a keynote address by Cindy Clare, COO of Bell Partners and NAA President and presentations by Dan Fulton of John Burns Real Estate on “Big Shifts Ahead: Apartment Demand Trends Driven By Demographic Changes” and Rick Haughey of NMHC on “How Demographics, Psychographics, and Technology are Bringing Multifamily to the Brink of a Design Revolution.”
Afternoon sessions will feature an expert panels on “Changing How Apartment Are Designed and Operated” and on “Apartments and Next Generation Technology”.


The MINI-TRADESHOW featuring NOVA’s best multifamily vendors will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room. Stop by to see the latest and greatest products and technology in the multi-housing industry.

Cindy Clare was recently appointed COO of Bell Partners in North Carolina. She was previously president of property management of Kettler in McLean, Virginia. Prior to Kettler, she was vice president of residential properties for the Mark Winkler Company. In 2015, she was named one of the “10 Most Influential Women in Real Estate” by Multifamily Executive.
